Nature of Business

To carry on the business of ship repairs, mechanical engineering, construction engineering and engineering in all branches of work whatsoever known to engineering, erectors, mechanics, manufacturers of marine equipment’s and any other kind machinery which is used for any other purpose whatsoever and/or any part thereof or accessories thereto, marine engineers, motor engineers and other instruments used in or in connection with marine, ship building, machinery and scientific appliances, apparatus and device of every description whatsoever, timber goods, iron, steel and other metal implements, tool utensil, and convenient of every kind, marine inspection, survey, vessel tank cleaning.

To carry on the business of general traders, general merchants, supplies, importers, exporters, stores, storekeepers, removers, packers, brokers, distributors, manufacturers, manufacturers’ representative, commission, insurance, managing, financial and general agents, investors, franchisors, carries ship owners and or on any other capacity, and dealers in, and to buy, prepare, manufacture, render marketable, sell, barter, exchange, pledge, charge, make advances on and otherwise deal in or with or turn to account by wholesale or retail goods, general merchandise and other commodities of all kinds and description.
